Launches & Shipping
We ship Monday – Friday, excluding VIC public holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during launches, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team are working very hard to make sure you get your VANDERMONTS order as soon as possible.
Shipping Process
VANDERMONTS and Collections will provide you with a tracking number via email or text once your order has been shipped. (this can take up to 24 to 48 hours to become active)

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping & handling fee costs are non-refundable.
VANDERMONTS and Collections are unable to modify processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre- sale items.
If your interstate order is returned to sender, a shipping cost based on the item/s weight and sender address, will be required to re-ship.
If your international order is returned to sender, the shipping cost will be required to re-send.
